Terms

Version 1.0 — July 2026

Seller

SarvStack is sold by Sarvon GmbH, Switzerland. Payments are processed by Polar Software, Inc. acting as merchant of record. Polar issues your invoice and handles VAT and sales tax.

License

One license per developer. You may use SarvStack to build an unlimited number of your own products, including commercial products and client work. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the source code itself, in whole or in modified form.

Delivery

After purchase, Polar delivers a receipt with a link to your customer portal. From there you connect your GitHub account and are invited to the private SarvStack repository. Your license key is issued automatically.

Updates

Dependency refreshes and improvements are included with your license and ship roughly quarterly. Update cadence is best-effort — no SLA.

Support

Support is provided through the documentation and GitHub issues on the private repository. No response-time SLA — this is a boilerplate, not a managed service.

Refunds

Because you receive full source code access immediately on purchase, all sales are final. If something is broken, contact us and we will fix it.

Warranty and liability

SarvStack is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Sarvon GmbH is not liable for damages arising from use of the software beyond what applicable law makes non-excludable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
